1 ¼ cup cornmeal
1 ¼ cup flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 ½ teaspoons salt
2/3 cup milk
1/3 cup butter, melted
1 lb ground beef
6 oz tomato paste
15 oz can diced tomatoes, undrained
1 envelope taco seasoning mix
¾ cup water
1 ½ cup cheddar cheese
1 cup Monterey Jack cheese

Mix cornmeal, flour, baking powder, and salt. Add milk and butter. Mix well. Press on bottom and sides of pizza pan. Bake 10 minutes at 400° F until edges are light brown. Cool. Brown meat. Drain. Stir in paste, diced tomatoes, seasoning, and water. Bring to a boil; simmer uncovered 5 minutes. Spread on crust. Sprinkle on 2 cups of cheese. Bake 15 minutes at 400° F. Top with remaining cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, olives, and onions.
