8 chicken breasts
4 slices swiss cheese
4 thin slices of ham
1 egg
4 T flour
1/2 cup dried bread
3 T butter
1 T Oil
Pound chicken near flat. Place cheese and ham over 1/2 of the of the chicken. Brush edges with beaten egg and top with other cutlet and pound edges to seal. Roll in flour, then dip in egg and then dip in breadcrumbs. Saute to brown. Put in pan and bake for 20-35 minutes at 375 degrees. Optional: Make a white sauce and pour over the top of chicken.
