Frozen Yogurt - Sacha B

Ideal Recipe:

1 container of Honey flavored (Greek yogurt (you can find a large container for around $5 at Costco)

¾ to 1 cup of sugar

Optional: ½ tsp meringue powder (found at Hobby Lobby in baking section). This is a stabilizer and helps the frozen yogurt melt less quickly.

Put into icecream maker and churn about 20 min or until frozen. Check often to make sure you don’t burn out your iceream maker motor. Yes, I know this from experience! Top with berries or eat plain.

Note: I often use plain, fat-free, off-brand, normal yogurt. It isn’t quite as rich, but still amazing!
