Rocky Road Brownies - Melissa S

2 cubes margarine
4 TBSP cocoa
4 eggs
4 dashes of salt
1 ½ c flour
2 c sugar
½ a bag of marshmallows
½ c melted semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/2 c melted white chocolate chips
Chopped nuts (cashews are my favorite)
Heath toffee bits (from the baking aisle)

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.  Melt the margarine and cocoa together.  Then mix the flour, sugar, eggs and salt with the melted mixture until well blended.  Pour into a 9x13 pan and bake for 30 minutes.  Remove the brownies from the oven to sprinkle marshmallows over the brownies until the pan is covered and put them back in the oven for 2-3 minutes or until the marshmallows are soft and puffy.  Remove the brownies and let cool.  Drizzle the melted chocolate on top.  Quickly sprinkle chopped nuts and toffee bits on top so that they’ll stick to the chocolate.  Let cool for several hours before cutting and serving.
