3 chicken breasts
6 cubes chicken bouillon
½ cup mayonnaise
1/3 cup honey Dijon
1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
1 cup diced celery
½ cup chopped cashews
1 cup grapes
½ cup chopped red onion (optional)
Boil chicken breast in 6 cups of water with dissolved bouillon. Cube chicken; put in bowl. Mix remaining ingredients. Stir into cubed chicken. Serve in pita bread, tortillas, or bread.
