Cold Marinated Carrots - Ginny H

carrots
bell pepper
onion
celery

cut equal amounts of vegetables into bite size pieces

sauce:

1 8 oz can tomato sauce
1/3 cup vinegar
3/4 cup brown sugar - sweeten to taste
simmer sauce for 7-10 minutes, pour over veggies

drain 1 large can pineapple chunks.  mix chunks w/veggies and pour sauce over mixture.  cover and refrigerate overnight.
