Black Bean Salsa - Amy H

In large bowl mix together…

1-2 cans black beans, drained and rinsed.
1 can shoepeg corn(white sugar corn) or regular corn
1 avocado, diced
4-5 roma tomatoes, diced
1 medium red onion, chopped
½ cup cilantro, chopped

In small bowl combine,

3-4 Tbsp lime juice (fresh limes 1-2 limes squeezed)
2 Tbsp olive oil
1 Tbsp red wine vinegar
1 tsp salt
½ tsp pepper

Mix together and serve with tortilla chips
