Egg-Free Banana Bread - Jill H

4 well-ripened bananas
1 cup sugar
2 cups flour
1 stick butter or margarine
1 tsp baking soda

Mix all together and bake at 350 until golden brown.  I usually cook in mini loaf pans or muffin cups in the toaster oven because it's a lot quicker.
