Fluffy Egg-Free Pancakes - Jill H

1 cup whole wheat flour
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
2 tsp baking powder
1 cup milk
1 Tbsp oil
1 Tbsp water
1 tsp vanilla
2 Tbsp butter

Combine dry ingredients.  Add milk oil, water and vanilla.  Whisk or mix until just combined.  Heat skillet to medium-high heat.  Melt butter and add to pancake batter.  Pour 1/4 cup onto skillet.  Turn when bubbles form on the surface.
